As my girls have gotten older and used to the loud noise, they’ve started enjoying fireworks, too.  In anticipation of the Fourth of July, we’ve been doing some fireworks activities. Here is a collection of some of our favorites around the web. You’ll find sensory play ideas, fireworks arts and crafts, and even some creative firework-inspired foods.

Thank you for sharing your cool fireworks ideas. I used them in my blog post when featuring the book, “Happy Birthday, America” by Mary Pope Osborne.
