This Spring Color by Syllable activity is a great way to add fun spring activities into your take-home practice or literacy centers. You can use this activity as a unique way to celebrate the blooming spring season while working on pre-reading skills. This is a fantastic way to bring phonological awareness and fun into the classroom during the spring season.

As part of our color-by-code series, I’m sharing other color-by-syllable activities to use throughout the year. Color by syllable activities are a great no-prep activity that helps break down words into their individual syllables so your children can learn to hear the sounds in the word and segment syllables.
