Mother’s Day Poem and Craft

As a classroom teacher I always loved sitting with kids as they shared ideas for special occasion interviews and Mother’s Day poems. They always have the cutest answers. When I saw this Mother’s Day Keepsake Poem shared in last week’s Discover & Explore linky by School Time Snippets, it reminded me of how fun these activities can be do with kids and how special they are for parents to receive.

I also love how Kristina incorporated some literacy instruction and a cute art activity into this process. It would be a great Mother’s Day poem to create at home or in the classroom.
