Veteran’s Day is the perfect opportunity to teach your kids about the armed forces, and remind them to honor and give thanks to those who are serving and have served in the military. Between the excitement of Halloween and Thanksgiving, Veteran’s Day can sometimes be overlooked, but there are some simple ways to teach kids about Veteran’s Day and help them learn about its importance. especially through a good Veterans Day book.
