Now that both girls are in school for most days of the week (sniff! wanh!) I’m trying to be even more diligent about sitting down together to chat and reconnect when we all get home. Sometimes this means cooking together, and it always means an after school snack. As we get closer to March these are some of the fun rainbow and St. Patrick’s Day snacks I hope to to try with them. Whether you’re planning for breakfast, snack time, or even a healthy dessert there are a lot of great healthy options out there!

Rainbow Snacks with Fruit

Parfaits are fun to make with kids and tasty to eat. Try this healthy rainbow parfait from Lemon Lime Adventures.

This pot of gold at the end of the rainbow from Meet the Dubiens would make a perfect breakfast or snack.

These rainbow fruit skewers from Raining Hot Coupons are another fun snack kids can help make. They’ll even be getting some great fine motor practice along the way!
