Now that both girls are in school for most days of the week (sniff! wanh!) I’m trying to be even more diligent about sitting down together to chat and reconnect when we all get home. Sometimes this means cooking together, and it always means an after school snack. As we get closer to March these are some of the fun rainbow and St. Patrick’s Day snacks I hope to to try with them. Whether you’re planning for breakfast, snack time, or even a healthy dessert there are a lot of great healthy options out there!
