If you’ve been following along with our letter craft posts, I bet you’re not surprised that we covered the letter S with seeds to go along with our S is for Seeds theme. So simple, and so pretty, too!
We covered the letter S with glue, and then the kids added seeds in whatever way they chose. They were also getting a little fine motor practice as they were working to pick up the seeds and sprinkle them or place them in precise spots.
I love how colorful the finished crafts turned out. They are going to be a fantastic addition to our alphabet books.
This wraps up our S is for Seeds series. I hope you’ve enjoyed this series as much as we did.

Our next series will begin on Monday. Can you guess what we studied for the letter T?

Love it! Definitely filing this away for when we do letter S.

Thanks! They really turned out pretty. I think in the future I’ll just put out some seeds and glue as an invitation to create, so they have a chance to do something like this again.

So cute! I love how you used the ice cube tray to organize everything. My boys just decorated sight words with beans for our Bean Unit, and my littlest will decorate her letter B with beans today. 🙂 I have really been enjoying your seed series (and your blog as a whole)… glad I found you!

Thank you so much! I am glad to have your feedback. We explored beans a little bit when we did letter B (prior to starting this blog). The kids were so intrigued by the activities, that I knew they would enjoy S is for Seeds.
